Abstrakt: [cze][eng] V této bakalářské práci se autorka zaměřuje na sledování dokumentování činnosti sester a množství provedených zápisů, které musí sestra během jedné směny provést. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, co vše sestra zaznamenává, jaké druhy formulářů vyplňuje a kolik času stráví zápisem do dokumentace. Teoretická část je věnována zdravotnické dokumentaci a následně dokumentaci vedené ve zdravotnickém zařízení, kde probíhalo pozorování a odběr dat. Empirická část je věnována formě zápisu a doplněná příklady zápisu s naměřenou dobou trvání. Cílem etnografického výzkumu bylo porozumět činnostem a důvodům, které sestry vedou k těmto zápisům. The aim of the work is to detail what types of records nurses make, what kind of forms they fill in, and how much time they spend doing documentation. The theoretical part focuses on medical documentation and on the documentation kept in the health care facilities where the observations were made and the data was collected. The empirical part describes the format of record entries and provides example entries with measurements of the time spent recording them. The aim of the ethnographic research was to understand the activities and reasons that lead nurses to make these entries.
