Předkládaná bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice využívání systémů alternativní a augmentativní komunikace u osob s narušenou komunikační schopností. V textu jsou objasněna teoretická východiska práce, mezi něž patří pojmy: komunikace, narušená komunikační schopnost, Rettův syndrom - RTT a systémy alternativní a augmentativní komunikace - AAK. Problematika RTT je v textu zpracována tak, aby sloužila zároveň jako zdroj informací o tomto vzácném onemocnění. Práce je zaměřena především na AAK systémy využitelné u osob s RTT. Praktická část práce je tvořena kazuistikou dívky s RTT. Analyzuje dosavadní vývoj dítěte včetně jeho komunikačních dovedností. Popisuje aktuální stav dosažené úrovně komunikačních dovedností, rozebírá průběh nácviku AAK systému VOKS u této dívky a analyzuje dopad využívání VOKS na rozvoj jejích komunikačních dovedností. The text explained the theoretical basis of the work, including concepts: communication, communication disorder, Rett syndrome - RTT and systems of alternative and augmentative communication - AAC. The issue of RTT is processed to serve as a source of information about this rare disease. The thesis is mainly focused on AAC systems usable for people with RTT. The practical part consists of case study of girl with RTT. It analyzes the current development of the child, including her communication skills. It describes the current status of the level of communication skills, discusses progress of training the AAC system VOKS with this girl and analyzes the impact of the use of VOKS on her communication skills development.
