Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zneužíváním návykových látek u žen s poruchou příjmu potravy. V teoretické části vymezuje samotný pojem poruchy příjmu potravy, a dále se stručně zabývá jejich příčinami, osobností pacientek a běžně se přidružujícími a komplikujícími diagnózami. Poté vymezuje pojem závislost a nastiňuje některé z možných vlivů na její rozvoj. Dále charakterizuje běžně zneužívané látky a jejich souvislost s poruchami příjmu potravy. Empirická část je tvořena kvantitativním výzkumem, který je založen na dotazníkovém šetření předkládaném on-line účastnicím diskusních serverů zaměřených na poruchy příjmu potravy. Ten je doplněn o kvalitativní výzkum v podobě osobního polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s ženami s poruchou příjmu potravy. This thesis concerns addictive substance abuse in women suffering from eating disorders. In the theoretical part it defines the term eating disorder itself and furthermore briefly works with the cause of these disorders, patients' personality and commonly associating complicating diagnoses. Afterwards it defines the term addiction and illustrates some of the possible influences on development. Then it characterises commonly abused substances and their relation with eating disorders. The empirical part consists of quantitative research, which is based on an questionnaire survey given on-line to participants in discussion forums on websites concerning eating disorders. It is supplemented with qualitative research based on personal semi-structured interview with women suffering from eating disordes.
