V první a druhé kapitole je popsána oblast krční páteře z hlediska anatomie a v druhé z hlediska kineziologie. Po seznámení se s krční páteří jako celkem je ozřejmen pojem instabilita a uvedeny parametry, které se na vzniku instability podílejí. Práce se věnuje strukturám zajišťujícím stabilitu, tedy subsystémům dle Panjabiho. Dále se věnuje svalovému aparátu v oblasti C páteře, protože aktivitu hlubokých svalů považuje autor v terapii instability za nejstěžejnější. V kapitole o diagnostice je zahrnuto vyšetření C páteře, spolu se speciálními testy na instabilitu. Terapie je popsána v poslední části a je zaměřena na hluboký stabilizační systém, který ve správné souhře s povrchovým systémem zajišťuje správnou stabilitu. In the first and the second chapter I described the region of cervical spine in anatomical and kineziological views. After that I cleared schedule instability a described structures, which are participated on origin of instability. I followed there 3 structures supported stability (Panjabi's subsystems). In another chapter are described muscles and their major influence on stability. In chapter about diagnosis are described examination of cervical spine and special tests on instability. Finally there are therapy and it mainly points to deep muscle system, which in coordinating with superficial muscle system support right stability.
