Název: Vypracování koncepce komplexního zajištění závodu světového poháru v triatlonu. Cíle práce: Vytvořit návod k uspořádání světového poháru v triatlonu ve velkém městě, využít zkušenosti s pořádáním již proběhlých závodů. Metody: Pro dosažení cílů jsem použil metodu SWOT analýzu pro rozbor silných a slabých stránek, odhad příležitostí a hrozeb akce a interview. Výsledky: Práce poukazuje na možnosti, jak zefektivnit organizaci sportovní události mezinárodního charakteru, a přináší stručný návod, jak podobnou akci uspořádat. (English version) Title: Elaboration of complex conception of a Triathlon ITU World Champ/Cup race. Objectives: Create an instruction manual how to organize a Triathlon ITU World Champ/Cup race. Methods: For reaching the objectives I chose a SWOT analysis and also interview as the proper methods. Results: The dissertation shows the possibilities how to organize an international sport event more effectively and brings a short instruction manual how to organize a similar sport event.
