Název: Management a marketing sportovní akce - závod Světového poháru v běhu na lyžích Pražská lyže 2007 Cíle práce: Cílem diplomové práce je podrobná analýza managementu a marketingu sportovní akce Pražská lyže 2007, odhalení nedostatků při organizaci akce a návrhy na jejich odstranění. Metody: Pro dosažení cílů bylyjako vhodné metody zvoleny popisná analýza, SWOT analýza pro rozbor silných a slabých stránek, odhad příležitostí a hrozeb akce a také interview. Výsledky: Práce poukazuje na možnosti, jak zefektivnit organizaci sportovní události mezinárodm'ho charakteru, a přináší stručný návod, jak podobnou akci uspořádat. Methods: Describing analysis, SWOT analysis ofthe strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and interview have been chosen as the proper methods for reaching the objectives. Results: The dissertation shows the possibilities how to organize an international sport event more effectively and brings a short instruction manual how to organize a similar sport event.
