Tato bakalářská práce podává v první části stručný přehled poznatků o perseveraci a jejích různých projevech. V druhé části uvádí poznatky o posttraumatické stresové poruše, jejích protektivních a rizikových faktorech, diagnostice a léčbě. Třetí část je věnována výzkumům vzájemných souvislostí těchto jevů. V empirické části je předkládán návrh výzkumu, jehož cílem je otestovat perseveraci jako faktor vzniku posttraumatické stresové poruchy. Probandy tohoto výzkumu jsou příslušníci Armády České republiky, jedoucí na zahraniční vojenskou misi. Záměrem tohoto výzkumu je získat další kritérium pro výběr lidí, kteří jsou v rámci svého povolání ohroženi traumatickými událostmi a přispět k prevenci a léčbě posttraumatické stresové poruchy. The first part of this bachelor thesis presents a brief overview of perseveration and its various manifestations. The second part presents findings about posttraumatic stress disorder, its protective and risk factors, diagnosis and treatment. The third part is devoted to the research of connection amongst these phenomenons. The empirical part presents a proposal of research, which aims to test the perseveration as a factor of posttraumatic stress disorder. Probands of this research are members of the Army of the Czech Republic, heading to a foreign military mission. The purpose of this research is to find another criterion for the selection of people who are at risk of traumatic events in their profession and to contribute to the prevention and treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder.
