v českém jazyce Hlavním obsahem a zaměřením této diplomové práce jsou kompetence Ústavního soudu České republiky a Spolkového ústavního soudu Spolkové republiky Německo a jejich srovnání. Práce se člení na 4 části. V první úvodní části se stručně zabývám zrodem ústavního soudnictví a popisem jeho dvou základních modelů. Následně charakterizuji ústavní soudnictví v SRN a ČR a dále se věnuji právnímu zakotvení a organizaci Spolkového ústavního soudu a Ústavního soudu ČR, přičemž v závěru první části se ještě stručně zabývám kompetencemi ústavních soudů (v modelu koncentrovaného a specializovaného ústavního soudnictví) obecně. V části druhé nejprve podávám přehled kompetencí ústavních soudů jak SRN, tak ČR. Poté se již zabývám rozborem jednotlivých jejich kompetencí, a to konkrétně kontrolou norem, ústavní stížností, kontrolou ústavnosti mezinárodních smluv a kompetenčními konflikty. Dalšími kompetencemi, kterými oba ústavní soudy dále disponují, jsem se již nezabývala, a to jednak proto, že k pochopení dané problematiky to již nebylo nutné, a jednak proto, aby byl zachován přiměřený rozsah této diplomové práce. V následující třetí části vycházím z rozboru kompetencí provedeného v části druhé a provádím potřebné srovnání. Vzhledem k tomu, že oba srovnávané ústavní soudy vychází ze stejného modelu... (abstrakt v anglickém jazyce) The main contents of this dissertation (diploma paper) is a study of jurisdiction of The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and of The Federal Constitutional Court of Germany and their comparison. The first part of this work describes in brief the genesis of the constitutional jurisdiction and its two basic types. Afterwards there is characterized the constitutional jurisdiction in Germany and in the Czech Republic and next there is described legal regulation and organisation of the German and Czech constitutional courts. Further I deal with the jurisdiction of constitutional courts (of european continental type) in general. In the second part of this work, first I give a general idea about jurisdiction of the German and Czech constitutional courts. After it I already deal with analysis of their single, selected competences - in the concrete: regulation control (judicial review), constitutional complaint, judicial review of international conventions and questions of jurisdiction. I have not focused on the other competences, which the both constitutional courts dispose of.
