Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematikou poranění sester v souvislosti s poskytováním ošetřovatelské péče a na nemoci, kterými jsou v důsledku poranění ohroženy. Dále se zabývá bolestmi zad, celkovou prevencí dané problematiky a možnostmi odškodnění pracovních úrazů. V souvislosti s danou problematikou jsem si stanovila cíle, a to zjistit, zda respondenti dodržují stanovené ošetřovatelské standardy a zda u nich za poslední tři roky došlo k poranění v souvislosti s poskytováním ošetřovatelské péče. Dále, zda respondenti znají správný postup při poranění o použitou jehlu, zda hodnotí používané nádoby k likvidaci infekčního odpadu za bezpečné a zda trpí v poslední době bolestmi zad. Domnívám se, že vytyčené cíle bakalářské práce se podařili celkem splnit. Jistým přínosem práce pro odbornou veřejnost by mohl být předložený obraz dané problematiky vybraných pracovišť. Z čehož lze usuzovat na nutnost věnovat se i nadále výše zmíněnému tématu. The thesis is focused on the issue of injury to nurses in providing nursing care and disease, which is due to an injury risk. It also deals with back pain, total prevention of the problems and possibilities of compensation for work injuries. In connection with the issues I have set goals and determine whether the respondents comply with established nursing standards and whether they last three years has been injuries in connection with the provision of nursing care. Furthermore, if the respondents know the correct procedure in injuries of the needle used, whether the value of container used for disposal of infectious waste for safe and whether they suffer from back pain lately. I believe that the specific targets of the thesis managed to meet the total. In a benefit for working professionals could be a picture of the issues presented by the selected workplaces. Suggesting the need to continue to pursue the above-mentioned topic.
