Rok obhajoby : 2012 Cíl práce Cílem této práce je zdůraznit úlohu fyzioterapeuta, jako součást odborného týmu v péči o pacienty s revmatoidní artritidou, stejně jako důležitost komplexní rehabilitační péče a možnosti využití fyzioterapeutických postupů. Součástí je podrobná kazuistika pacientky s revmatoidní artritidou a stavu po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu pro traumatickou zlomeninu. Metodika Bakalářská práce se sestává z obecné a speciální části. Obecná část je rozdělena do úseku problematiky revmatologie, ortopedie a traumatologie, jak již vyplývá z názvu kazuistiky. Popisuje problematiku nemoci a druhy operačních výkonů. Následující kapitola popisuje možnosti fyzioterapeutické péče u revmatiků a zároveň pacientů po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. Část speciální podrobně popisuje kazuistiku pacientky s diagnózou revmatoidní artritidy a stavu po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu pro traumatickou zlomeninu. Tato kazuistika byla zpracována v průběhu souvislé odborné praxe v Revmatologickém ústavu v Praze, v období 9.1.2012 - 2.2.2012 pod... Title of bachelor's thesis : Case of physiotherapy care for patients diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and the condition after total hip arthroplasty for traumatic fracture Author : Dragana Žarković Supervisor : PhDr. Tereza Nováková, PhD. Academic year : 2012 Aim : Thesis accentuates the role of the physiotherapist, as part of a team of experts in the care of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, as well as the importance of a comprehensive rehab therapy and possible use of physiotherapy procedures. Part of the thesis is a detailed case report of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis and the condition after total hip arthroplasty for traumatic fracture. Methodics Thesis is divided into general and special parts. The general part is divided in the issue of rheumatology, orthopedics and traumatology, describes the problems of disease and types of surgical procedures. The following section describes the physiotherapy sessions for patients suffering from rheumatic diseases and also after total hip arthroplasty. Special part, case report describes a patient with a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis and the condition after total hip arthroplasty for traumatic fracture. This case report was prepared during clinical practice in the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague, in the period from 9.1.2012 to 3.2.2012...
