Cílem práce bylo poukázat na souvislosti terapie vývojové dysplazie kyčelních kloubů s posturálně lokomočním vývojem u dětí ve věku 4 týdnů až 12 měsíců. Celkové vyšetření proběhlo u 9 dětí s postižením kyčelních kloubů IIa - III. stupně bez addukčních kontraktur. Vyšetřovali jsme spontánní aktivitu, spontánní reaktivitu a dále jsme porovnávali klinický obraz kyčelních kloubů s ultrazvukovým snímkem. Vyšetřování spontánní aktivity probíhalo na základě aspekce. Z vyšetření polohové reaktibility byl pořízen videozáznam a fotodokumentace. Výsledky experimentální části naší práce prokázaly výskyt patologie ve spontánní aktivitě u 88,89 % dětí. Spontánní reaktivita měla patologický obraz ve všech případech, jednotlivé testy jsou rozebrány v práci. Ultrazvukový nález s klinickým projevem koreloval v 66,67 %, ale nelze říci, že podíl pacientů bude obecně vyšší než 60 %. Hypotézy byly testovány pomocí relativní četnosti. Výsledky jsou dále diskutovány a porovnávány s názory jiných autorů. General examination was carried out in 9 children with disabilities in hip joints, degrees IIa- III. without contractures of adductors. We investigated spontaneous activity, and spontaneous reactivity. We compared the clinical picture of hip joints with the ultrasound image. Investigation of spontaneous activity was done by aspection. The test of spontaneous reactivity was taken using video and photos. Experimental results of our study showed the incidence of pathology in the spontaneous activity of 88.89 % children. Spontaneous reactivity was pathology in all cases, with various tests are discussed in the work. Ultrasound findings correlated with clinical manifestation in 66,67 %, but we cannot say that the proportion of patients will generally be higher than 60 %.
