CHOCHOLOUŠOVÁ, S. Právo dítěte umístěného v ústavní výchově na kontakt s rodičem ve výkonu trestu. Praha: Filozofická fakulta Univerzity Karlovy v Praze, 2013. 140 s. Diplomová práce. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku dětí vězněných rodičů na území České republiky. Zabývá se zejména právem dítěte na kontakt s rodičem ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, samotnou realizací kontaktu a jeho oporou v českém i mezinárodním právním rámci. V centru pozornosti je, v důsledku uvěznění rodiče, rozdělená rodina, v níž dochází k zpřetrhání citové vazby mezi separovaným dítětem vyrůstajícím v dětském domově a jeho biologickým rodičem. Na základě teoretických poznatků a závěrů z teoretické části je sestaven a realizován kvantitativní dotazníkový výzkum ve všech dětských domovech v České republice. Se záměrem zjistit, zda je právo dítěte, umístěného v dětském domově, na kontakt s uvězněnými rodiči naplňováno, jaký typ kontaktu je nejčastěji realizován a jaké překážky nejvíce zabraňují tomuto kontaktu. Na základě získaných kvantitativních a částečně i kvalitativních dat je vyhodnocen současný stav na poli problematiky "Děti vězněných rodičů" a závěrem jsou formulovány doporučení a podněty ke zlepšení stávající situace. This diploma thesis is focused on the children of imprisoned parents in the Czech Republic. It deals with the right of the child to have contact with a parent in prison, the actual realization of this contact and its support in Czech and international legal frameworks. In the center of attention is due to the imprisonment of parents and separated families. There are problems with severing emotional attachments between the separated child. Growing up in childcare institutions, without their biological parent, has implications for their upbringing. Thanks to theoretic knowledge and conclusions the theoretical part is drawn up and implemented by quantitative questionnaire surveys of all childcare institutions in the Czech Republic. Their purpose is to find out whether the child's right to contact with imprisoned parents is carried out, what type of contact is most often implemented, and what obstacles prevent most of the contact.
