Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První, obecná část podává informace o etiologii, komplikacích, konzervativní a chirurgické léčbě. Hlavním cílem je však poukázat na pooperační fyzioterapeutické postupy. V druhé, speciální části je zpracována podrobná kazuistika pacientky po sutuře rotátorové manžety. Tato část byla vypracována na základě práce s pacientkou během odborné praxe v MediCentru Praha v termínu 16.1.2012 - 6.2.2012. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first section provides information about the etiology, complications, conservative and surgical treatment. The main objective is to point out on postoperative physiotherapy procedures. The second, special part includes detailed case study of patient after suture of the rotator cuff. This part was developed based on the work with the patient during the special practice in MediCentrum Praha in the period 16.01.2012 - 02.06.2012.
