Monika Tichá Konzultant práce: Vendula Matolínová Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Standardizovaná vyšetření spasticity ve fyzioterapii Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na podání přehledu nejčastěji používaných standardizovaných vyšetření spasticity ve fyzioterapii a jejich vzájemné porovnání. Zabývá se zejména nejznámějšími metodami vyšetření, které se v praxi používají. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je blíže popsána problematika svalového tonu a jeho regulace a dále problematika spasticity jakožto jednoho z příznaků syndromu centrálního motoneuronu. Dále jsou zde uvedeny a podrobně popsány zbůsoby vyšetření spasticity (Ashworthova škála a její modifikace, Tardieuova škála a pět kroků klinického hodoncení spastické parézy dle Gracies). Praktická část obsahuje dvě kazuistiky pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Jsou zde aplikovány vyšetření a hodnocení spasticity popsané v teoretické části, včetně Modifikované Frenchayské škály a testů chůze. Hlavní přínos práce spočívá ve vytvoření přehledného porovnání standardizovaných vyšetření spasticity prostřednictvím studií a vlastní zkušenosti. Title: Standardized examinations of spasticity in physiotherapy Abstract: This bachelor's thesis is aimed at giving an overview of the most commonly used standardized examinations of spasticity in physiotherapy and their comparison. It deals mainly with the best known methods of examinations that are used in practice. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, muscle tone and its regulation and spasticity as one of the upper motor neurone syndrome symptoms are specified. Moreover, the methods of examination (Ashworth scale and its modifications, Tardieu scale and five-step clinical assessment of spastic paresis according to Gracies) are presented and described in detail there. The practical part contains two case reports of patients after a cerebrovascular accident. Examinations and evaluations of spasticity, including Modified Frenchay scale or walk tests, which are described in the theoretical part, are applied to patients. The main contribution of this thesis is to create a comprehensive comparison of standardized examinations of spasticity through studies and my personal experience.
