Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou periferní paréza nervus radialis. Cíle: Cílem této práce je zpracování poznatků k problematice periferní parézy radiálního nervu a vypracování kazuistiky pacientky s touto diagnózou. Metody: Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V části obecné jsou shrnuty poznatky o periferní paréze nervus radialis na základě dostupné literatury. Rozebrána je anatomie nervové soustavy, konkrétně brachiálního plexu, kineziologie, etiologie i klinický obraz daného onemocnění a jeho klasifikace. Další úsek je věnován léčbě periferní parézy a podrobněji je pak popsána rehabilitační péče a konkrétní fyzioterapeutické metody. Ve speciální části je pak obsažena kazuistika pacientky s touto diagnózou. Je zde uveden vstupní kineziologický rozbor, průběh jednotlivých terapií, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a závěrečné zhodnocení efektu terapie. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is a summary of the knowledge about peripheral palsy of radial nerve and the development of case study of a patient with such diagnosis. Methods: This bachelor thesis consists of two parts. General part summarizes the knowledge about peripheral palsy of radial nerve based on the available literature. Analysed is anatomy of the nervous system, especially the brachial plexus, then kinesiology, etiology and clinical picture of the disease and its classification. The following section is devoted to the treatment of peripheral palsy and detailed description of rehabilitative care and appropriate physiotherapy techniques. In the special part is included case study of the physiotherapy treatment of the patient with this diagnose. There is mentioned initial kinesiology analysis, course of treatment, control kinesiology analysis and evaluation of therapy effectiveness.
