Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou specificky narušeného vývoje řeči. Teoretická část představuje související terminologii, klasifikaci, etiologii, symptomatologii a problematiku diagnostiky. Výzkumná část analyzuje jednotlivé jazykové roviny u vybraného vzorku dětí a věnuje se společným specifickým odchylkám ve verbální produkci, které by mohly být navrženy jako diagnostické markery. V rámci kvalitativního výzkumu byla provedena analýza verbální produkce 9 dětí ve věkovém rozmezí 5,4 - 5,7 let se specificky narušeným vývojem řeči. Ve všech výpovědích se projevily deficity při používání sykavek, vynechávání hlásek v první pozici, narušení rozumění v různém rozsahu, nepřesná pojmenování a obtíže s výbavností slov a narušení plynulosti řeči a dalších prozodických faktorů. Oblast morfologie a syntaxe se vždy profilovala nejvýznamnějším narušením, které však bylo velmi heterogenní. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) This thesis deals with specific language impairment. The theoretical part introduces related terminology, classification, etiology, symptomatology and diagnostic issues. The research section analyzes the different linguistic levels in a sample of children and devotes a common specific variations in verbal production that could be designed as diagnostic markers. The qualitative study was an analysis of verbal production of nine children ranging in age from 5.4 to 5.7 years, with specific language impairment. In all the statements were reflected deficits in the use of sibilance, skipping voice in the first position, disruption of understanding to varying extents, incorrect naming and difficulties výbavností words and disturbance of speech and other prosodic factors.
