Diplomová práce přináší vlastní výzkumný postup zkoumání řečových útvarů. Zabývá se zkoumáním televizní politické debaty. Použitou metodu lze charakterizovat jako uspořádanou hermeneutickou analýzu politického diskurzu. Analyticko-filosofickým přístupem (např. využitím teorie maxim, hodnocením ilokucí, nebo rozborem argumentů až po ověřování jejich pravdivosti) dokáže blíže stanovit nejen objektivní fakta debaty, ale také též některé osobní vlastnosti řečníků. Ke zkoumání textu byly využity teoretické poznatky uznávaných autorů (J. Austina, K. Bayera, T. A. van Dijka, N. Fairclougha, H. P. Grice, J. Habermase, J. Krause, G. N. Leeche, J. R. Searla a dalších). Kromě literárního přehledu zahrnuje práce argumentaci k volbě metody, výběr pořadů, přepis debat z obrazového záznamu, úpravu textu do analyzovatelné podoby a metodiku zkoumání. Podle ní je navržen vlastní komunikační model pořadu, provedena analýza diskurzu pořadu jako celku, zkoumán styl a analyzována argumentace vybraných účastníků a konečně provedeno jejich souhrnné hodnocení. V diskuzi na závěr jsou dosažené výsledky porovnány s hodnocením podle metodiky BBC používané výzkumnou organizací Media Tenor pro Českou televizi. The diploma thesis presents own research method for examination of speech formations. It focuses on examination of televised political debates. The method applied here may be characterized as an organized hermeneutic analysis of political discourse. Through the application of an analytical - philosophical approach (e.g. application of the theory of maxima, illocutionary acts evaluation, and analysis of arguments and verification of their truthfulness), the method allows us to establish objective facts of the debate as well as some personal features of debate participants. To examine texts, the theoretical knowledge of distinguished authors (J. J. Austin, K. Bayer, T. A. van Dijk, N. Fairclough, H. P. Grice, J. Habermas, J. Kraus, G. N. Leeche, J. R. Searl, and others) have been made use of. In addition to the literary survey, the thesis also includes the argumentation in respect of selection of the method, selection of talk shows, transcript of debates from TV records, transformation of the text into an analysable form, and research methodology.
