Cílem diplomové práce je v první části shrnout dosavadní poznatky o problematice Jumper 's knee. Je zde zahrnut stručný souhm anatomie a kineziologie kolenního kloubu a následně je věnována samostatná kapitola etiologii, klinickému obrazu, vy š etření a terapii Jumper's knee. Na základě těchto poznatků byl sestaven výzkumný záměr a sestaveny hypotézy. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit zda, a jaký, má vliv Jumper 's knee na pohybový aparát č lověka . K tomuto účelu byla zvolena metoda povrchové elektromyografie a dynamická plantografie pro analýzu distribuce tlakové a reakční síly při kontaktu nohy s touto deskou. Pozornost byla zaměřena na porovnání stranových rozdílů a na sled aktivace (timing) s valů trupu a dolních končetin při vybraných dynamických činnostech. Výsledky byly srovnány s kontrolní skupinou, kterou tvořili zdraví jedinci. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) The goal of this thesis is summarize the current knowledge about Jumper's knee. It also includes a brief summary of the anatomy and kinesiology of the knee and then a separate chapter is devoted to the etiology, clinical picture, investigations and treatment of Jumper's knee. On these findings has been prepared and compiled research project hypotheses. This research is to determine whcther, and what affects Jumper's knee in the human musculoskeletal system. To this end, we chose a method of surface electromyography and dynamic plantography for analysis of pressure distribution and reaction forces during foot contact with the plate. Attention was focused on the comparison of side differences and timing muscle trunk and legs during dynamic activities sdccted.
