Tématem diplomové práce je užívání alkoholu u osob po poškození míchy, které tvoří specifickou skupinu osob se zdravotním postižením. Cíle výzkumné práce Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat výskyt a míru užívání alkoholu u osob po poškození míchy a nalézt případná specifika užívání alkoholu u této cílové skupiny. Dále pak popsat motivy a důvody užívání alkoholu, specifika u jednotlivých diagnóz, nalézt a vydefinovat zdravotní problémy v souvislosti s užíváním alkoholu u osob po poškození míchy. V neposlední řadě také zjistit, zda se u této specifické cílové skupiny objevují jedinci s příznaky škodlivého užívání alkoholu nebo závislosti na alkoholu. Výzkumný soubor Výzkumný soubor v této diplomové práci tvoří osoby po poškození míchy, které jsou členy občanského sdružení CZEPA, jehož hlavním cílem je hájit práva a zájmy osob po poškození míchy a usiluje o jejich plnohodnotné začlenění do společnosti. Metody zpracování dat Pomocí vytvořeného a rozeslaného elektronického dotazníku (vlastní dotazník v kombinaci s dotazníkem AUDIT) byla zjišťována frekvence a intenzita užívání alkoholu u osob po poškození míchy, dále pak míra závažnosti užívání alkoholu a zdravotní a jiné důsledky. Získaná data byla vyhodnocena pomocí programu IBM SPSS. Následně byly všechny poznatky shrnuty a rozděleny podle předem... The topic of this thesis is use of alcohol in people after spinal cord injury, who form a specific group of people with disabilities. Objectives of the research work The objective of this thesis is to describe the incidence and rate of alcohol use in people after spinal cord injury and find any specifics of alcohol use for this target group. As well as describe motives and reasons for alcohol use, specifics of individual diagnoses, find and define health problems related to alcohol use in people after spinal cord injury. Last but not least, find out whether in this specific group individuals with symptoms of harmful alcohol use (alcohol abuse) or addiction to alcohol appear. Sample file Participants of research (sample file) in this thesis are people after spinal cord injury who are members of the civic association CZEPA. The main objective of this association is to defend the rights and interests of people after spinal cord injury and strives for their full integration into society. Data processing methods With an electronic questionnaire (self-questionnaire in combination with the AUDIT questionnaire) frequency and intensity of alcohol use, seriousness of alcohol intake, health state and other consequences ware measured in people after spinal cord injury.
