Východiska: Počet uživatelů drog ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody či výkonu vazby je ve srovnání s běžnou populací značně vyšší. Jak se ukazuje, ani ve věznicích není užívání drog neznámým jevem. To pak může s sebou přinášet různé negativní jevy, které se zejména projevují v neúspěšné resocializaci vězněných osob. Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat systém léčebné péče a rozsah nabídky drogových služeb ve vězeňském systému v České republice. Výsledkem práce má být komplexní přehled o nabízejících službách ve vězeňském systému v ČR a to v oblastech harm reduction, primární prevence a možnostech léčby a služeb pro uživatele drog ve věznicích. Metodika: Při sběru dat pro bakalářskou práci jsem využil metodu dotazníku, který jsem pro účely této práce vytvořil a distribuoval do všech 36 věznic v České republice a to zaměstnancům - vedoucím poraden drogové prevence ve věznicích. Výzkum probíhal od září 2012 do poloviny listopadu 2012. Soubor: Výzkumný soubor nakonec tvořilo 32 věznic, které vyplnily dotazník a zúčastnily se výzkumu. Výsledky, závěr: Z výsledků výzkumu je zřejmé, že všechny věznice se zabývají drogovou problematikou vězněných osob. Systém léčebné péče a rozsahu nabídky drogových služeb ve vězeňském systému v ČR však není jednotný a liší se individuálně dle jednotlivých věznic. Některé... Thesis: Number of drug users in prison is significantly higher than number of drug users in the general population. It is obvious that drug use in prisons isn't anything uncommon. This brings many negative after facts, such as extreme difficulty to resocialize the prisoners into the system. Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the medical system and variety of drugs offered in prisons here in the Czech Republic. The ultimate goal of this paper is the categorize the offered services in the Czech Republic in the areas of harm reduction, primary prevention and possibilities of treatment for those addicted to drugs in our prisons. Methodics: During the data collection for this thesis I used the questionnaire method, which I constructed and distributed do all 36 prisons in the Czech Republic. It was given to the employees of these organizations, mostly to the heads of the departments for drug prevention. The survey took place from September 2012 till mid November 2012. Complex: The target group was 32 prisons overall, which filled out the survey and participated in this study. Results, conclusion: From the results it is obvious that all prison systems are aware and are dealing with the issue of drugs and their effects on the inmates.
