Bakalářská práce "Analýza českého a německého profesního sekundárního vzdělávání" se zabývá vzdělávacími systémy v obou zemích se zaměřením na průběh sekundárního profesního vzdělávání. V první části práce jsou přiblíženy vzdělávací systémy obou zemí, a to jak s ohledem na jejich legislativní zakotvení tak s ohledem na politickou debatu, která se vede nad jejich možnými změnami. V druhé části jsou oba systémy profesního sekundárního vzdělávání podrobně analyzovány. Třetí část práce představuje případová studie přibližující spolupráci společnosti Gerresheimer Horšovský Týn se Středním odborným učilištěm Domažlice, jejímž cílem je zavést některé prvky německého systému duálního vzdělávání (Duale Ausbildung) do profesního vzdělávání v České republice, přičemž pozorována je i reflexe této snahy v místním tisku, v Domažlickém deníku. Na základě provedené analýzy vzdělávacích systémů a profesního sekundárního vzdělávání v obou zemích a za použití konkrétních poznatků z případové studie je v závěru práce konstatováno, že systém profesního sekundárního vzdělávání v České republice se od německého značně liší a že vzhledem k aktuálně platné legislativě v České republice není významnější přiblížení českého systému k německému ani možné. The bachelor thesis "Analysis of Czech and German secondary vocational education" deals with the educational systems in both countries, focusing on secondary vocational education. In the first part of the paper, educational systems of both countries are presented in relation to the legislative framework as well as to the political debate on their possible changes. In the second part of the thesis, both systems of the secondary vocational education are thoroughly analyzed. The third part of the thesis consists of a case study that describes the collaboration between the company Gerresheimer Horšovský Týn and the Vocational School Domažlice. This cooperation leads to the adoption of some elements of German dual education system (Duale Ausbildung) into the Czech system of vocational education. At this point, the analysis is accompanied also by the examination of the reflection of this activity in the local newspaper called Domažlický deník. Based on the analysis of educational systems and vocational education in both countries, it is concluded that there are significant differences between the Czech and the German approach and that these differences cannot be overcome due to the current Czech legislation.
