PaedDr. Jiřina Klenková, Ph.D. Abstrakt: Předkládaná práce se zaměřuje na problematiku rozvoje komunikace u dětí s poruchami autistického spektra. Konkrétněji bylo cílem práce a výzkumného projektu analyzovat rozvoj komunikace u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra v rámci klinické logopedie. K tomuto účelu bylo vytyčeno pět hypotéz týkajících se klientely s PAS, míry informovanosti o dané problematice, počtu dětí s určitou diagnostickou kategorií, interdisciplinární spolupráce a využití alternativní a augmentativní komunikace. Vlastní výzkum je realizován dvěma způsoby - kvantitativním pomocí dotazníku klinickým logopedům a kvalitativním, který je zaměřen na vyhodnocení logopedické intervence u klientů s PAS v ordinaci klinické logopedie. Při zpracování byly využity techniky analýza dokumentů, analýza výsledků činnosti, rozhovor s rodiči a třídními učiteli a pozorování. Cílem rigorózní práce je zjistit stav logopedické intervence u klientů s PAS v klinické logopedii a ukázat, jakou formou mohou být terapie vedeny. PaedDr. Jiřina Klenková, Ph.D. Abstract The present thesis deals with the issue of development of communication for the children with autistic spectrum disorders. The paper and the research project particularly aim to analyse a development of communication for the children with autistic spectrum disorders from the view of clinical speech-language pathology. To carry out the research, five hypotheses were suggested. The hypotheses relate to clients with an ASD, to what extent specialists are informed about the issue, number of children with definite diagnostic category, interdisciplinary co-operation and use of alternative and augmentative communication. The research itself is realised in two ways - the quantitative one (questionnaires distributed to clinical speech-language pathologists) and the qualitative one which focuses on the evaluation of speech-language intervention for clients with ASD in the consulting room of clinical speech-language pathologists.
