[cze][eng] Předkládaná práce se zaměřuje na dobrovolnictví realizované v rámci dobrovolnických organizací. Zkoumá vazbu mezi úrovní profesionalizace práce s dobrovolníky a spokojeností dobrovolníků s dobrovolnickou činností v těchto organizacích. Teoretická část vymezuje problematiku dobrovolnictví, profesionalizace a spokojenosti na obecnější úrovni a vyzdvihuje konkrétní aspekty těchto jevů souvisejících se zaměřením práce. V části empirické je pak vystavěna metodologie výzkumu, na jejímž základě je zmíněná vazba zkoumána v rámci několika dobrovolnických organizací. It examines the connection between volunteer management professionalization level and volunteer work satisfaction in these organizations. In the theoretical part is defined the concepts of volunteering, professionalization and satisfaction are defined and their particular aspects associated with the focus of the thesis are highlighted. The empirical part describes the construction of the research method and presents the analysis of the above-mentioned connection in several volunteering organizations with the use of this method.
