This bachelor thesis deals with three big theories of reproduction of social inequalities - Pierre Bourdieu, Basil Bernstein and social- psychological model by Duncan and Blau. It explains main terms, which are used by the authors as well as mechanism of reproduction. By compilation of papers in the field it provides situation in education and inequalities in Czech Republic and compares it to the world- known concepts. Inspired by Murphy's refusal to accept automatic change of class disparities into class inequalities a also by in certain way "alternative conceptions", the thesis ends in introduction of following direction considering research of inequalities. It brings forward an opinion that i tis desirable to closely examine the relationship between aspirations of children in less wealthy families and school as a structural factor to learn whereas this mostly affected group regard this issue as a problem. Táto bakalárska práca spracováva tri veľké teórie o reprodukcii sociálnych nerovností - Pierra Bourdieu, Basila Bernsteina a sociálne-psychologický model z pera Duncana a Blaua. Vysvetľuje hlavné pojmy, ktoré autori používajú ako i mechanizmus ako dochádza k reprodukcii. Kompiláciou statí prestavuje situáciu vzdelávania a nerovností v Českej republike a porovnáva ich zistenia so svetovými konceptmi. Inšpirovaná Murphyho neochotou akceptovať automatické premieňanie triednych rozdielov na triedne nerovnosti a inými v istom zmysle "alternatívnymi konceptmi" vyúsťuje práca v akési predstavenie ďalšieho smeru, ktorým by sa výskum nerovností mal uberať. Predkladá názor, že je nutné bližšie skúmať vzťah ašpirácií detí z nižších sociálnych tried a školy ako štrukturálneho činiteľa, aby sme sa dozvedeli nakoľko táto najviac postihnutá skupina obyvateľstva tento problém vôbec vníma ako negatívny.
