Klíčová slova mongolské migrantky v ČR, gender, migrace, transnacionální mateřství, remitence, sociální sítě, práce Abstrakt Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám situací mongolských žen při pracovní migraci do České republiky. Pro účely výzkumu jsem oslovila dvacet mongolských žen, které jsou (nebo do nedávné doby byly) transnacionálními matkami a které společně bydlí a pracují v severočeské továrně. Pojítkem těchto žen je také to, že jsou hlavními živitelkami svých rodin a to nehledě na to, zda mají mužský protějšek nebo jsou rozvedené, svobodné matky nebo vdovy. Zajímala jsem se o to, jaká situace je vedla k rozhodnutí odjet pracovat do České republiky - a zaměřila jsem se jak na situaci osobní, tak i na celkové podmínky v současném Mongolsku. Můj výzkum je zaměřen na tři hlavní témata. Prvním z nich je transnacionální mateřství. Zajímám se o to, jakým způsobem se ženy vyrovnávají se svou novou rolí a jak ji zvýznamňují. K tomuto tématu se váže problematika sociálních sítí a jejich využití v migraci. Zjišťuji, jakým způsobem mé participantky využívají sociálních sítí a jak tyto sítě fungují. Jako poslední téma jsem zvolila ústřední motiv migrace mongolských žen a tím je práce a s ní spojené zasílání remitencí do země původu. Key words: Mongolian female migrants in the Czech Republic, gender, migration, transnational motherhood, remmitences, social network, work Abstract In my diploma thesis I primarily focus on a situation of Mongolian women in the course of their labour migration into the Czech Republic. I addressed 20 women, who are (or have been until recently) transnational mothers living together and working in a factory in North Bohemia, Czech Republic, for my research purposes. Regardless the fact whether these women are married or divorced, single mothers or widows, it also connects them that they all may be considered breadwinners of their families. I was as well interested in what their decision was to leave Mongolia for the Czech Republic in order to get a job - I focused on both personal situation and general conditions in current Mongolia. My research deals with three main topics. Transnational motherhood is the first topic I deal with, in what I pay attention to what is the women's attitude to cope with their new role as well as what emphasis they place on it. Social networks issues and their usage in migration is firmly connected to this topic so that I also look into the way my participants use of these social networks together with the way these networks work.
