Tato bakalářská práce s názvem "Zážitková pedagogika jako nástroj sociálního pracovníka pro tvorbu volnočasových aktivit mládeže" se zabývá aplikováním zážitkové pedagogiky v oblasti sociální práce, se zaměřením na volný čas a cílovou skupinu dětí a mládeže. Je zde zdůrazněn přínos zážitkové pedagogiky jako metody pro práci v nízkoprahovém zařízení pro děti a mládež. Také je zde poukázáno na prospěšnost metod zážitkové pedagogiky pro dosahování cílů nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež a vhodnost těchto metod na rozvoj osobnosti jedince. Práce je postavena na teoretickém zpracování informací a rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. První kapitola vymezuje volný čas, jeho význam a historický vývoj a provázanost se zážitkem. V závěru kapitoly jsou popsány rizikové faktory v oblasti trávení volného času se zaměřením na děti a mládež. Druhá kapitola popisuje zážitkovou pedagogiku, její vznik, cíle a především metody a principy zážitkové pedagogiky vedoucí k rozvoji osobnosti člověka a aplikace těchto metod pro sociální práci. Třetí kapitola se věnuje sociální práci a to především v oblasti nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež. Zde je ukázána praktická aplikace metod zážitkové pedagogiky pro sociální práci. The contribution of the experiential education as a method for working in a low-threshold facility for children and youth is emphasised. In this thesis, there is highlighted the usefulness of the experience education methods for achieving the objectives of the low-threshold facility for children and youth and also the suitability of these methods for the individual personality development is pointed out. The thesis is based on a theoretical information processing and is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter defines the leisure time, its significance and historical development in connection with the experience. In the end of the chapter, the high-risk factors in leisure-time activities for children and youth are mentioned. The second chapter describes the experiential education itself, its origins, aims and methods, and in particular the principles of the experiential education, leading to the development of the human personality and the use of these methods in social work.
