Název práce: Jezdectví jako pohybově relaxační aktivita Cíle práce: Ověření prospěšnosti jízdy na koni pro zdraví člověka z hlediska metabolismu, působení na pohybovou soustavu a psychiku. Metoda: Analýza odborné literatury, analýza pohybu jezdce na koni, pozorování, rozhovor, dotazování, dedukce. Výsledky: Podávají ucelený přehled významu jezdectví pro zdraví člověka a potvrzují fakta uváděná v odborné literatuře. Výsledky jsou zaměřeny na zkoumání pozitivního působení jezdectví na lidský organismus z hlediska energetického krytí, spotřeby energie, působení na pohybovou soustavu a vlivu na psychiku člověka. Klíčová slova: hipoterapie, jezdectví, kůň, pohybová soustava Title: Riding like the movement relaxy activity Goals: Verification of the benefits of riding for human health in terms of metabolic effects on the muscular system and psyche. Method: Analysis of literature, motion analysis, observation, interview, deduction. Results: They give a comprehensive overveiw of the importance of riding on human health and confirm the facts cited in the literature. Results are focused on exploring the positive effect of riding on the human body in term of energy coverage, energy consumption, the effects on the muscular system and impact on the human psyche.
