Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část praktickou a část teoretickou. Část praktická se věnuje překladu vybraného textu ze španělštiny do češtiny. Pro překlad byla vybrána studie o vývoji španělského stravování a gastronomie, kterou napsal Ismael Díaz Yubero. Publikována byla v roce 2010 společně s dalšími studiemi v knize La Cocina en su tinta, doprovázející stejnojmennou výstavu konanou pod záštitou Španělské národní knihovny. V teoretické části jsou probírány přístupy, které byly využity pro vytvoření překladu. Překladatelská analýza se soustřeďuje na charakteristiku původního textu a jeho jazyka, na problémy, které nastaly při tvorbě překladu, a na jejich následné řešení. Hlavní prioritou této práce je funkčně převést obsah studie pro čtenáře z českého prostředí s využitím adekvátních stylistických prostředků. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - a practical part and a theoretical part. The practical part is devoted to the translation of the selected text from Spanish to Czech. I choose for translation a study about the evolution of Spanish alimentation and gastronomy which was written by Ismael Díaz Yubero and was published in 2010 with other studies within the book La Cocina de su tinta which accompanied an exhibition of the same name under the patronage of Spanish national library. The theoretical part includes the characteristics of the original text and its language, the problems that appeared in the translation and their solutions. The main aspect of this thesis is a functional point of view.
