Abstrakt: [cze][eng] Nazev prace Svalova sila a telesne slozeni sportovnich lezcu. Cile prace Cil prace bude posoudit svalovou silu a telesne slozeni u sportovnich lezcu. Metoda Testovani bylo realizovano u 77 lezcu na umele stene, ktefi byli rozdeleni do tfi skupin podle lezecke vykonnosti. Hodnotila se uroven svalove sily pomoci motorickych testu, telesne slozeni lezcu na, zaklade bioimpedance a jejich vztah k lezeckemu vykonu. Vysledky se vyhodnocovaly pomoci vicerozmerne analyzy rozptylu (MANOVA). Vysledky Vysledky nasi studie prokazaly, ze lezci s vyssim vykonem RP (8 a vice UIAA) maji nizsi telesnou hmotnost (muzi 69,5±9,8 kg a zeny 57,7±4,0 kg) a mensi mnozstvi telesneho tuku (muzi 10,2±2,3 % a zeny 17,4±0,8 %), vyssi statickou svalovou silu pfedlokti a svalovou vytrvalost hornich koncetin. Nejlepsich vysledku se dosahlo u testu vydrz ve shybu (lezci 68,1±22,6 a lezkyne 58,9±3,3 s) a vis na liste (lezci 61,7±19,2 sa lezkyne 45,6±12,5 s). Lezci s lezeckou vykonnosti 6-7 UIAA vazili prumerne muzi 70,72±8,24 kg, zeny 64,77±5,02 kg, procento telesneho tuku meli lezci 10,22±2,6 %, lezkyne 21,13±3,1%. V testech vydrz ve shybu a visu na liste vydrzeli muzi 48,44±12,4 s, 37,45±14,1 s a zeny 37,62±20,0 s, 34,10±28,34 s. Posledni skupinu tvofili lezci, ktefi lezou cesty stupne obtiznosti 3-5 UIAA. Jejich prumerna hmotnost...Title of master thesis Muscular strength and body composition in sport climbers Work objectives The main objective of this study is to compare the muscular strength and body composition in recreational and elite climbers. Methods Testing of 77 climbers who were devided into 3 groups was carried out on the climbing wall. There was rated muscular strenght by the motor tests and body composition by the bioimpedance. And their relation to the climbers performance. Results were evaluated by multivarite analysis of variance (MANOVA) Results Results of our diploma study demonstrated that climbers with higher of RP (8 and more UIAA) have lower weight (men 69,5±9,8 kg and women 57,7±4,0 kg) and body fat (men 10,2±2,3 % a women 17,4±0,8 %), higher static muscular strenght of the forearm and muscular endurance of upper limbs. The best results were reached at the tests with the bent arm hang (men climbers 68,1±22,6 s and women climbers 58,9±3,3 s) and hang on plinth (men climbers 61,7±19,2 s and women climbers 45,6±12,5 s). Climbers with climbing efficient 6-7 UIAA weighted averagely men 70,72±8,24 kg and women 64,77±5,02 kg. Percentage of body fat was 10,22±2,6 % for men and 21,13±3,1% for women.
