Palladiové katalyzátory jsou často využívány pro katalýzu C-C spojovacích reakcí. Tato práce se zabývá přípravou několika heterogenních palladiových katalyzátorů z komerčně dostupného silikagelu, každého s jiným bifunkčním ligandem deponovaným na povrchu silikagelu pomocí N-propylamidové spojky a jejich následným testováním na několika C-C spojovacích reakcích (Heckově reakci, reakci acylchloridů s boronovými kyselinami a reakci acylchloridů s terminálními acetyleny). V práci jsou diskutovány i další aspekty palladiové heterogenní katalýzy, jako je výluh kovu do reakční směsi a možnost recyklovat katalyzátor. The aim of this work is to prepare several heterogeneous palladium catalysts from comercially available silica gel, each with different bifunctional ligand deposited on the surface of silica gel by N-propylamide linking group, and their testing on several C-C coupling reactions (Heck reaction, reaction of acyl chlorides with boronic acids and reaction of acyl chlorides with terminal acetylenes).
