[cze][eng] Název: Osobnostní předpoklady pro cvičitele pole dance Cíle: Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je identifikace osobnostních předpokladů pro cvičitele pole dance a sestavení osobnostního profilu trenéra pole dance z hlediska cvičenců a trenérů. Metody: V práci byla použita metoda rozhovoru s úspěšnými tanečnicemi a trenéry pole dance a metoda písemného dotazování, jehož respondenty byli kurzisté a trenéři pole dance v České republice. Výsledky: V bakalářské práci byly identifikovány osobnostní předpoklady pro trenéry pole dance. Na základě výsledků průzkumu bylo vybráno 15 nejdůležitějších osobnostních předpokladů, které byly vyhodnoceny respondenty z dotazníkového šetření. Methods: In the thesis was used the interview method with the best pole dancer and trainer and also written questioning method. The respondents were gymnasts and pole dance trainers from the Czech republic. Results: In the thesis were indentified personality predispositions for pole dance trainer.
