Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na právní úpravu obnovitelných zdrojů energie v České republice, přináší také přehled úpravy evropské včetně jejího vývoje v posledních dvaceti letech, s důrazem na přijetí a obsah nejdůležitějších evropských směrnic upravujících podporu obnovitelných zdrojů energie. Pozornost je věnována závazkům vyplývajícím členským státům ze směrnice 2009/28/ES. Důležitým cílem diplomové práce je poskytnutí přehledného popisu účinné české úpravy, obsahuje také vymezení nejdůležitějších koncepčních dokumentů a předkládá shrnutí jejich obsahu. Práce se dále zabývá systémem podpor pro energii z obnovitelných zdrojů a ve větší podrobnosti se zaměřuje na problematiku malých obnovitelných zdrojů energie a decentralizované výroby elektřiny. This Master's degree thesis deals with the renewable energy sources regulation in the Czech Republic. It also mentions the European Union legislation on the topic and its development and focuses on the most important Directives and their goals as well as Member States' obligations. It presents Czech regulation in force and the conceptual documents in greater detail. It also points out the system of support available for the promotion in using the renewable sources of energy. Finally it examines the renewable energy sources of the small extent and the decentralized power generation as well.
