Michaela Votroubková Počet stran: 251 Počet příloh: 10 Rok obhajoby: 2014 Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice, jež je spojená s procesem umírání a to jeho vnímání očima hlavních zúčastněných - pacientů, tak i jejich blízkých osob, ošetřujícího personálu - tedy lékařů a středního zdravotnického personálu. Mým úkolem, přáním a cílem v kvantitativním a kvalitativním výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak vnímají umírání a smrt nejen samotní pacienti a jejich příbuzní, ale i ošetřující personál v čele se sestrami a lékaři. Jaké možnosti lidé v této mezní životní situaci v České republice mají, jak vypadá podpora státu či dobrovolných pracovníků v různých organizacích či sdružení. Ať je zázemí pro práci s lidmi v jejich poslední fázi života na jakékoli úrovni, nejdůležitějším faktorem byl, je a zůstane faktor lidský, protože sebelepšími pomůckami, službami na telefonu nebo vědeckými poznatky v medicíně či v jiném oboru se nenahradí lidská přítomnost, dotyk a sounáležitost. My job, the desire and the objective in quantitative and qualitative research was to find out how they perceive the dying and death not only patients and their relatives, as well as the nursing staff headed by the sisters and doctors. What options to limit the people in this situation in the Czech Republic have the looks of the support of the State or voluntary workers in different organizations or associations.
