Název diplomové práce: Hodnocení mezilaboratorní variability vyšetření receptorových markerů karcinomu prsu V diplomové práci jsme se zaměřili na problematiku rakoviny prsu. Zvolili jsme bioanalytický přístup k estrogenovým a progesteronovým receptorům (ER a PR). Tyto receptory jsou důležité pro rozhodování o způsobu léčby. Praktickou část jsme rozdělili do dvou částí. V jedné jsme se pokoušeli statisticky posoudit citlivost metod různých laboratoří. V druhé jsme s nimi porovnávali zpracované výsledky, které jsme obdrželi z pardubické nemocnice. V rámci praktické části byly zpracovány a rozčleněny údaje o ER a PR z různé odborné literatury. Zaměřili jsme se na závislost počtu ER (+) nebo PR (+) pacientek na roku vydání studie. Zaznamenali jsme v některých případech i statisticky významně vzrůstající citlivost vyšetření u ER - na základě zvyšujícího se počtu pozitivních pacientek. Dalším našim cílem bylo porovnat statistické výsledky pardubické imunohistochemické laboratoře v námi sestrojených grafech z hlediska rozhraní pozitivity. Snažili jsme se posoudit jaké rozhraní pozitivity, by bylo vhodné, aby se pardubická laboratoř přiblížila ke starým... Title of diploma thesis: Evaluation of the interlaboratory variability of exaqmination of receptor markers of the breast cancer In this diploma thesis, we are focused on the question of the breast cancer. We chose the bioanalitical access to estrogens and progesterone receptors (ER and PR). These receptors are important for deciding of treatment method. We divided a practice part to two partitions. In the first one, we try to consider statistically a sensitivity of the methods of the diferent laboratories. In the sekond one we comparted the processed records from the hospital Pardubice. In terms of practical part, ER and PR data from diferent scientific intrnational literature were processed and categorized. We were focused to the diference of the amount of patiens, the number of ER (+) and PR (+), on the year of study. In several cases we found even the statistical increasing of ER investigation sensitivity - on the basis of the increasing amount of positive patient.
