Bakalářská práce se zabývá deskovým obrazem z pohledu ne zobrazení, ale jeho samotné hmotné existence jakožto objektu, souvislostmi mezi prostorem, ve kterém obraz existuje, a obrazem prostorovým. Dále se práce zabývá některými specifickými rysy, jako jsou zadní strany deskových obrazů, jejich původními středověkými zdobenými rámy, nebo pravděpodobným vztahem k některým typům relikviářů. Jedná se o přiblížení relativně širokého okruhu témat s problematikou souvisejících, s přihlédnutím ke konkrétním příkladům jednotlivých desek. The Bachelor Thesis focuses on panel painting, not from a display point of view, but its physical evidence as an object; the links between the space in which the object exists and the image space. It also covers the specific features, such as; the back of the panel paintings, the original medieval decorated frames or the possible relation to different types of relics. It deals with quite a wide range of subjects relating to similar issues, concerning specific examples of panel paintings.
