Předmětem předložené diplomové práce je humanitární pomoc a rozvojová spolupráce jako přispění k hospodářskému a společenskému rozvoji a zvyšování kvality života v rozvojových zemích; hospodářská a společenská situace Zakar- patské oblasti republiky Ukrajiny a možnosti rozvoje humanitárního projektu Diakonie Církve bratrské v Rachovském okrese Zakarpatské oblasti. Práce přináší v přehledové části souhrný rozbor pojmů "humanitární po- moca "rozvojová spoluprácea faktografické i analytické údaje o Podkarpat- ské Rusi. Výzkumná část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu probíhajícím mezi příjemci a distributory humanitární pomoci Diakonie Církve bratrské v Rachovském okrese Zakarpatské oblasti, který byl doplněn studiem doku- mentů a strukturovanými dotazníky pro české nestátní neziskové organizace a církve, jež vedou humanitární projekty pro Podkarpatskou Rus. Výstupem práce je na základě stávajících českých humanitárních projektů, jejich vývoje a hodnocení vystavěný model humanitární práce v Zakarpatské oblasti, porovnaný s rozborem výpovědí respondentů získaných v terénu a po- užitý pro humanitární projekt Diakonie tak, aby nejvíce odpovídal zjištěným potřebám jeho příjemců. This study concerns on humanitarian and development aid as a contribu- tion to a higher life quality and economical and social development of less developed countries; on an economical and social situation of an Ukrainian Zakarpacia region and on possible further development of a humanitarian aid project led in Zacarpacia by Czech brothern church. In a theoretical part the study brings a background research of the terms "humanitarian and development aidand factographical and analytical data about Zacarpacia. A researche part is based on a qualitative research made among receivers and distributors of the Czech brothern church's humanita- rian aid in Zacarpacia and among representatives of czech NGOs and chur- ches which are leading humanitarian projects in Zacapracia. The research was completed by background study of basis documents of these humanitarian or- ganisations. The aim was to build a model of humanitarian work in Zakarpacia on the basis of czech humanitarian projects in the region, compare it with an analysis of interviews with respondents and use it for a suggestion of a further development of the Czech brothern church's humanitarian project.
