Diplomová práce se zabývá rolí učitele/lektora v nízkoprahových kurzech češtiny pro cizince (NPK), jež pořádá Centrum pro integraci cizinců (CIC). Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část sestává za tří hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole je vysvětlen pojem nízkoprahový, který je následně zasazen do kontextu (jazykového) vzdělávání cizinců, jež je zajišťováno státem či neziskovými organizacemi. Největší pozornost je věnována právě NPK CIC. Je zde popsáno, na jakých principech kurzy stojí, co je jejich obsahem a jaká jsou specifika (velkých) heterogenních skupin. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na vzdělávání dospělých obecně. Jsou zde uvedeny zásady vzdělávání dospělých a představeny klíčové kompetence, jež jsou v NPK rozvíjeny. Třetí kapitola se věnuje učiteli dospělých, resp. lektorovi. Definuje, kdo je lektor, a jaké jsou jeho kompetence. Jsou zde také srovnávány požadavky na učitele ve školách a na lektora NPK. Kapitola se zabývá rolemi učitele/lektora, je zde posuzována vhodnost použití těchto modelů na prostředí NPK. Prostor je zde věnován také týmovému vyučování. Empirická část se zabývá popisem východisek a provedení kvalitativního výzkumu. Cílem tohoto výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak lektoři nahlížejí na svou roli v NPK, které se v mnoha aspektech zásadně liší od kurzů... The thesis deals with the subject of the role of the teacher in low-threshold courses of Czech for foreigners provided by The Centre for Integration of Foreigners (CIC). The thesis is divided into a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part is divided into three main parts. The first chapter explains the term "low-threshold", which is later put into context of foreign language education organized by the state or non-profit organizations. We focus mainly on NPK CIC. We cover how the courses are built, what is their content and what are the specific of (large) heterogenous classes. The second chapter focuses on adult education in general. We cover the basic of adult education and introduce the key competencies that are developed at NPK. The third chapter covers the adult's teacher. It defines who the teacher is and what his competencies are. We also compare the demands that the teacher has to meet in schools or when they are a teacher at NPK. The chapter covers the role of the teacher and analyses the usage of these models in the environment of NPK. Attention is also paid to team teaching.
