Tématem rigorózní práce je zánik nájmu bytu a jeho způsoby s hlubším zaměřením na právní aspekty zániku nájmu bytu výpovědí podanou pronajímatelem. Zároveň je v rámci práce pojednáno i o dalších institutech jak práva hmotného, tak procesního, které s danou problematikou přímo souvisí. Práce je rozdělena do osmi kapitol. O hlavním tématu je pojednáno v kapitole čtvrté, páté a nejobsáhlejší šesté, která svým rozsahem představuje více než polovinu celé práce. The topic of the thesis is the termination of the flat lease and the methods of termination with a deeper focus on the legal aspects of termination of flat lease by giving discharge to the tenant. At the same time the work concerns about other institues of substantive and procedural law which is directly related with this issue. The thesis is divided into eight chapters. The main topic is dealed in chapter four, five and the most comprehensive chapter six, which presents more than half of the whole thesis.
