Richard Sivák se ve svém vzdělání dostal až na vysokou školu, kde prozatím přerušil své vzdělávání. Stále ale přemýšlí o tom, že bude ve vzdělávání pokračovat. Učitele vždy hodnotil podle toho, jak dokážou podat výklad, podle toho, jakým způsobem hodnotí žáka a jejich přísnost chápe jako nedílnou součást vzdělávání, jejíž smysl je žáka přimět, aby se víc snažil a naučil. V každé třídě vždy zažíval přijetí a navazoval přátelské vztahy s ostatními žáky a učiteli a nikdy se nesetkal s žádným projevem rasové nesnášenlivosti. Učení mu šlo, aniž by se musel více učit. Vzdělání vnímá jako způsob osobní seberealizace a zároveň jako cestu, k lepšímu uplatnění na trhu práce. Jeho socializace probíhala v majoritním prostředí a díky tomu získal potřebné kompetence k tomu, aby se dokázal v majoritní společnosti uplatnit a cítit dobře. V současné době se ve volném čase učí švédsky, neboť má ve Švédsku příbuzné. He still thinks, that he will continue latter. He evaluated teachers according their competiton explain subjects, acording their evaluate knowledge of students and their rigorousness as inseparable part of educcation process which purpose is force students to more efort and have better knowledge. In every classroom he was accepted and he was able to have good and possitive realationship with others students and teachers as well. He has never experienced some kind discrimination behavior. He has studied without problems and without special effort. He considers education as way of personal self-realization and as way to better opportunity on labor market. His socialization was made in majority enviroment and because of it he has got required competition for success dealing with majority.
