Alena Homolková Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Vliv fyzioterapie na tělesné parametry a toleranci zátěže u obézních pacientů Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce pojednává o vlivu fyzioterapie na tělesné parametry a toleranci zátěže u obézních pacientů. Dále se zabývá klinickou aplikací Mezinárodní klasifikace funkčních schopností, disability a zdraví (MKF) u obézních pacientů, s pomocí krátké verze Core Setu pro obezitu. Tato práce se dělí na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o obezitě, definici, etiologii, diagnostiku, zdravotní komplikace spojené s obezitou a její léčbu. Dále představuje základní charakteristiku MKF a popis krátké verze Core Setu pro obezitu. Praktická část podává přehled o metodologii, metodách použitých při vyšetření a terapii. Dále obsahuje kazuistiky dvou vybraných pacientů, které se skládají ze vstupního a výstupního vyšetření, kde se nachází i krátký MKF Core Set pro obezitu. Následně popisuje průběh terapie a konečné zhodnocení cílů této práce. Alena Homolková Oponent: Title of bachelor thesis: The impact of physiotherapy on bodily parameters and load tolerance in obese patients Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with the impact of physiotherapy on bodily parameters and load tolerance in obese patients. It also concerns with the clinical application of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) in obese patients with the aid of the Brief Core Set for obesity. This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part contains basic information about obesity, definition, etiology, diagnosis, medical complications associated with obesity and its treatment. Furthermore, it presents the basic characteristics and description of the Brief ICF Core Set for obesity. Practical part gives an overview of the methodology, the methods used in the examination and treatment. It also includes two case reports of selected patients. These reports consist of entrance and final examination, which contains the Brief ICF Core Set for obesity.
