RESUMÉ Role orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v procesu zprostředkování osvojení. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rolí orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v procesu zprostředkování osvojení. Sociálně-právní ochrana dětí je jednou nejdůležitějších činností státu. Stát pečuje o děti, které nemají vlastní rodiče. Hlavním cílem osvojení je přijetí cizí osoby za vlastní. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části a šest kapitol. První část je zaměřena na institut osvojení. S přijetím občanského zákoníku se změnil pohled na osvojení. Nyní není osvojení jedním z typů náhradní rodinné péče, ale OZ staví osvojení na roveň vztahům biologickým mezi rodiči a dětmi. První kapitola je zabývá historickým vývojem osvojení. Druhá kapitola popisuje institut osvojení, např. typy právních předpisů, hlavní charakteristiku, souhlasy s osvojením, péče před osvojením a zrušení osvojení. Druhá část popisuje proces zprostředkování osvojení. Třetí kapitola popisuje sociálně-právní ochranu dětí. Tato kapitola je věnováno pojmu sociálně-právní ochrana, historickému vývoji a orgánům, které se sociálně-právní ochranou zabývají. Čtvrtá kapitola je hlavní kapitolou diplomové práce, která je věnována procesu zprostředkování osvojení. V procesu zprostředkování osvojení je velice důležitá role OSPOD. RESUMÉ The role of Social and Legal Authority providing protection of Children in the process of arranging adoptions This thesis deal with the The role of Social and Legal Authority providing protection of Children in the process of arranging adoptions. The Social and legal protection of children is one of the most important activity. The state cares about children without parents. The aim of adoption is acceptance of another person as their own. The thesis is divided into two parts and six chapters. The first part is devoted to institute of adoption. The Civil Code changed view of the adoption. Now the adoption isn't one of the types foster care of children, but the adoption is at the same level like biology relationship between parents and children. The first chapter describes historical development of adoption. The Second chapter describes the institute of adoption, for example sorts of law, main characteristics, type and conditions of adoption, consents with adoption, care before adoption and revocation of adoption. The second part describes process of arranging adoption. The third chapter describes social and legal protection of children.
