PRÁVNÍ ASPEKTY ZBRANÍ HROMADNÉHO NIČENÍ, ABSTRAKT V ČESKÉM JAZYCE Cílem rigorózní práce je vytvořit přehled základních zbraní hromadného ničení (včetně nastínění jejich vzniku, bojového nasazení a následného vlivu na mezinárodní společenství), posoudit jejich status a bojové nasazení na základě zvyklostí nebo mezinárodních úmluv, a dále kriticky zhodnotit nejnovější právní úpravu (tj. právní úpravu přijatou ve druhé polovině 20. století) nakládání se zbraněmi hromadného ničení, její efektivitu a možnosti dalšího vývoje. Obecně se tato rigorózní práce zabývá právem mezinárodním, přičemž se jen velmi okrajově dotýká úpravy národní. První kapitola práce obsahuje stručný úvod. Druhá kapitola obsahuje vymezení pojmosloví, tj. základních pojmů, jako jsou například zbraně hromadného ničení, biologické, chemické, jaderné (radiologické) zbraně, mezinárodní právo, právo ozbrojených konfliktů, obyčejové právo a mezinárodní úmluvy, zakázané bojové prostředky nebo zakázané způsoby vedení ozbrojených konfliktů. Kapitola tři pojednává o vývoji chemických zbraní, a to od jejich nejstarší historie až po současnou právní regulaci. Jedná se o kapitolu, jež obsahuje informace týkající se vzniku chemických zbraní a původní, ve své podstatě "absentující", právní úpravy, a dále pak chemické revoluce na přelomu 19. a 20. století a... LEGAL ASPECTS OF WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION, ABSTRAKT V ANGLICKÉM JAZYCE The aim of this rigorosum thesis is to create an overview of weapons of mass destruction (including their development and history, combat deployment and their subsequent effect on the international community), to evaluate their status and combat deployment on the basis of custom or international agreements and to further critically evaluate the newest regulation of weapons of mass destruction (i.e. development from the latter half of the 20thcentury), its effectiveness as well as possibilities of further development. In general terms, this thesis deals with international law, only briefly touching legislation on the national level. The first chapter consists of a brief introduction. The second chapter includes a list of basic terminology, e.g. definitions for weapons of mass destruction, biological, chemical and nuclear weapons, international law, law of war, law of customs, international agreements, forbidden means of combat and prohibited ways of conducting armed conflicts. The third chapter deals with the development of chemical weapons from their early history all the way to current regulation. The fourth chapter contains information on chemical weapons beginning with their first development and their original ("absent")...
