3 ABSTRAKT Teoretická část práce obsahuje terminologii a terapeutické přístupy k léčbě problematického jedení u dětí. Výzkumná část měla za cíl zmapovat, jaké problémy rodiče rozumí pod pojmy jako nejedlictví, odmítání jídla. Zda pod těmito pojmy všichni rodiče vnímají stejné projevy, nebo jsou ve vnímání rodičů rozdíly a pokud ano, jaké tyto rozdíly jsou. Dále jak rodiče prožívají problém nejedlictví u svého dítěte a jak se snaží situaci řešit. Výsledky práce jsou následně vztaženy k možnostem psychologické terapeutické intervence. Pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů bylo sesbíráno 40 anamnéz rodin a následná kvalitativní analýza formou zakotvené teorie ukázala, jak rozdílně rodiče vnímají označení toho, že jejich dítě nejí a jak tento stav prožívají a dala vzniknout jednotné teorii o interakčních procesech, které se u nejedlictví vyskytují. Rodiče popisují v celkovém počtu 41 různých projevů, které lze dále rozdělit na akce a reakce. Akce se dále rozdělily do 4 kategorií (kvantita, kvalita, apetit, environmentální projevy). Reakce ukazují, jakými formami se situaci snaží matky řešit a které zároveň prožívají jako samotnou součást problému. Jedná se především o různé formy používání nátlaku při jídle, užití sondy anebo potřebu se výrazně přizpůsobit stravování dítěte. Výsledky ukazují značnou variabilitu... 4 ABSTRACT The theoretical part of the thesis contains terminology and therapeutic approaches to the treatment of problematic eating in children. The research part aimed for what problems parents understand by terms such as picky eating and food refusal. Whether under these terms all parents perceive the same manifestations, or whether there are differences. Futhermore how parents experience the problem of food refusal in their child and how they try to solve the situation. Then the results of the work are related to the possibilities of psychological intervention. Forty families'anamnesis were obtained by semi-structured interviews and subsequent qualitative analysis in the form of grounded theory and axial coding showed how parrents experienced this condition. Mothers described a total of 41 different manifestations, which can be further divided into actions and reactions. The actions were further divided into 4 cathegories (quantity, quality, appetite and environmental manifestations). Reactions show the forms by which mothers try to solve the situation and which they also experience as a part of the problem.
