Práce se zabývá abnormalitami příjmu potravy a jejich primární prevencí. Zkoumá, jak probíhá primární prevence abnormalit příjmu potravy na školách a s jakým efektem působí na žáky. Zjišťuje, zda jsou formy primární prevence abnormalit příjmu potravy na školách dostačující a zda pokrývají všechna důležitá témata. Odhaluje slabá místa prevence abnormalit příjmu potravy a podává návrh, jak je napravit. Pomocí zakotvené teorie polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se studenty a metodiky prevence se snaží vytvořit přibližný model, jak by měla vypadat efektivní prevence abnormalit příjmu potravy. This thesis deals with eating disorders and their primary prevention. It analyzes how schools handle primary prevention of eating disorders and what effect it has on pupils and students. It pursues the question of whether the applied primary prevention of eating disorders is sufficient and whether it encompasses all necessary issues. It uncovers weak spots of eating disorder prevention and proposes a solution. With the help of the grounded theory of semi- structured interviews with students and prevention methodolodists, it tries to create an approximate model of how effective eating disorder primary prevention should look like.
