Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na možnosti predikce psychologického kapitálu zaměstnanců v době Covid-19. Teoretická část popisuje psychologický kapitál (jeho strukturu, význam v kontextu pracovního prostředí a metody jeho měření i rozvoje). Dále se zabývá duševním zdravím na pracovišti a vybranými faktory duševního zdraví (týmovou sociální oporou, engagementem, stresem, kvalitativní a kvantitativní nejistotou zaměstnání). Empirická část práce si klade za cíl ověřit, zda vybrané faktory duševního zdraví mohou být hodnoceny jako signifikantní prediktory psychologického kapitálu. Výzkumný vzorek zahrnuje 127 zaměstnanců obchodní organizace. Pro měření analyzovaných proměnných byly využity následující metody: Psychological Capital Questionnaire - 12 (PCQ-12), The Team Performance Inventory (TPI - pouze položky "Trust, safety, support" subškály "Participation"), Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), Perceived Stress Scale - 10 (PSS-10), Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale (QUAL-JIS) a Job Insecurity Scale (JIS). Z výsledků vícenásobné lineární regresní analýzy vyplývá, že subjektivně vnímaná míra stresu (ß = -.4078, 95% CI = [-.6006, - .215], p < .001) je v naší studii nejsilnějším signifikantním prediktorem psychologického kapitálu. The theoretical part describes psychological capital (its structure, importance in the context of work environment and methods of its measurement and development). It also deals with mental health in the workplace and with selected factors of mental health (team social support, engagement, stress, qualitative and quantitative job insecurity). The empirical part of the thesis aims to verify whether selected factors of mental health can be evaluated as significant predictors of psychological capital. The research sample includes 127 employees of the business organization. The following methods were used to measure the analyzed variables: Psychological Capital Questionnaire - 12 (PCQ-12), The Team Performance Inventory (TPI - only the items "Trust, safety and support" of subscale "Participation"), Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), Perceived Stress Scale - 10 (PSS- 10), Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale (QUAL-JIS) and Job Insecurity Scale (JIS).
