Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem polyfunkčního domu v obci Ledeč nad Sázavou. Diplomová práce se skládá ze tří částí, a to z architektonicko-stavební části, techniky prostředí staveb a posouzení navržené budovy metodikou pro multikriteriální hodnocení staveb. Budova je umístěna v nezastavěném a mírně svažitém pozemku. Budova má tři nadzemní podlaží. V objektu se nachází tři různé provozy, kterými jsou kavárna, prodejna elektro a administrativní část. V prvním nadzemním podlaží je kavárna, prodejna elektro a technické zázemí. Ve druhém a třetím podlaží je administrativní část a služební byt. Konstrukčně je objekt řešen obousměrným nosným systémem. Objekt je založen na základových pasech a základových patkách. Nosnými prvky jsou zdi a sloupy a průvlaky. Obvodové stěny jsou vyzděny z keramických bloků se zateplením z minerální vlny. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce tvoří monolitické desky. Budovy je zastřešena plochou střechou. V objektu je zajištěna nucená výměna vzduchu a chlazení. Určitou část spotřeby elektrické energie pokrývá systém fotovoltaické elektrárny na střeše. Veškeré výkresy a vizualizace byly provedeny v softwaru ArchiCAD. The master thesis designs a mixed-use building in Ledeč nad Sázavou. The thesis consists of three parts. First part presents the project documentation of architectural-construction. Second part proposes the technical equipment of the building. Third part is assessment of the designed building by methodology for multicriteria evaluation of buildings SBToolCZ. The building is located in undeveloped and slightly sloping land. The building has three above-ground floors. There are three different operations in the building, which are a café and an electrical shop and an office part. There is a café, an electrical shop, technical and storage facilities on the first floor. The second and third floor is an office part and company apartment. Structurally, the building is solved by a two-wax load bearing system. The building is founded on footing and foundation slab. Load bearing vertical elements are walls, columns and posts. Externall wall is designed from ceramics block with and mineral insulation. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The building has a flat roof. In the building is air condition and cooling system and heating. Part of electricity demand is covered by photovoltaics on the roof. All drawings and visualization are designes in software ArchiCAD.
