[cze][eng] Změny ve vestibulárních, zrakových, nebo proprioceptivních vstupech mohou vést k úpravě percepce vertikality, a to může dále vést k odlišnému posturálnímu chování. Typickým projevem špatné percepce vertikality je narušená posturální stabilita. Tato práce se zabývá fyziologickými změnami ve vnímání vertikality při změně polohy hlavy v ílem této práce je bližší zkoumání změn v percepce vertikality při úklonu hlavy u zdravého vzorku probandů. Předpoklady vyvozené z těchto znalostí byly experimentálně ověřeny na zdravém vzorku populace. Testovací s probandů tvořilo jedinců - mužů žen (v rozmezí 1 - . Nikdo z vyšetřovaných nebyl v době vyšetření ani v sledován pro onemocnění vestibulárního aparátu, poruch stability, nebo poruch zraku centrální příčiny. Testování subjektivní vizuální vertikály ( probíhalo vsedě pomocí přístroje od ynapsis. To proběhlo ve čtyřech sousledných situacích: Ve vzpřímení bez korekce, ihned po úklonu do lateroflexe 20ř, po setrvání 5 minut v lateroflexi a po návratu do napřímení každé pozici bylo provedeno 6 testovacích pokusů a následně spočítán aritmetický průměr. V případě normálního rozložení byli data vyhodnocena pomocí T testů u nenormálního rozložení pomocí ANOVA testů. Průměrná odchylka zdravé populace byla naměřena 1,26ř±0.901.
