Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením tenisového úderu a vlivem posturální stabilizace na výslednou kvalitu zapojení trupu v úderu. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o optimálním provedení forhendu a dále možný způsob jeho hodnocení. V praktické části bakalářské práce byla u hráčů kvalitativně vyšetřena posturální stabilizaci podle konceptu DNS. Následovala jsem postup kvalitativní diagnostiky pohybu a vypracovala videoanalýzu zahraného úderu ze záznamu Slow-motion. Konkrétní parametry tenisového úderu byly objektivizovány pomocí programu Tracker a senzoru Zepp Tennis 2, díky čemuž byly získány hodnoty konkrétního úhlového nastavení tělesných segmentů, úhlové rychlosti rotace osy boků a osy ramen a rychlosti odpalu míče, velikosti spinu a procentuální úspěšnosti odpalu míče středem rakety. Byla vypracována tabulka kvalitativního hodnocení pohybu, která zohledňuje klíčové znaky forhendu v závislosti na jednotlivých fázích úderu. Následně byl kompletně zhodnocen úder hráče. Došla jsem k závěru, že není možné stanovit jednotné ideální úhlové nastavení tělesných segmentů, vždy je potřeba respektovat individualitu hráče. Dále jsem zjistila, že posturální stabilizace jedince má vliv na výslednou kvalitu zapojení trupu jedince a nelze ji opomíjet při rozvoji výkonnosti hráče. Klíčová slova... This bachelor's thesis describes the evaluation of the tennis groundstroke and the influence of postural stabilization on the resulting quality of activation of the trunk in the groundstroke. The theoretical part summarises the knowledge of the optimal performance of the forehand, as well as the method of evaluating the forehand. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, we qualitatively assessed postural stabilization of players according to the concept of DNS. We followed the process of qualitative movement diagnosis and we performer video analysis of the forehand from the Slow-motion recording. The specific parameters of the tennis groundstroke were objectified by using the program Tracker and Zepp Tennis 2 sensor, which gave us the values of angular displacement of the body segments, the angular velocity of hip and shoulder rotation, and the ball speed, the ball spin and the percentage success rate of impact location in the sweetspot of the racket. We made a table of qualitative movement that takes into account key features of the forehand, depending on each phase of the groundstroke. Then we made a complex evaluation of the player's forehand.
