Tato diplomové práce se zabývá vestibulárním systémem a jeho vlivu na posturální svalstvo. V teoretické části se nachází shrnutí moderních poznatků v oblasti vestibulárního systému a jeho vliv na další části organismu. Kromě anatomických a fyziologických poznatků je v teoretické části i rešeršní část se studiemi o vestibulárním systému, postuře, strečinku a jejich vzájemné ovlivnění. Hlavním cílem praktické části je dokázání vlivu vestibulárního systému na svalstvo a to hlavně proximální extenzory a flexory dolních končetin. Ovlivněním vestibulárního systému dochází k prodloužení ischiokrurálních svalů a ke zkrácení flexorů kyčle (musculus rectus femoris). V rámci cíle této práce jsme otestovali 39 probandů a měřili jejich výsledky po vestibulární rotační stimulaci. Měření probíhalo goniometricky v kyčelním a kolenním kloubu. Dále se měřili i dynamické parametry páteře a Thomayerova vzdálenost pomocí metrických hodnot. Výsledky byly statisticky a graficky vyhodnoceny. Bylo dokázáno, že vestibulární systém má statisticky velký vliv na ischiokrurální svaly a také na svaly přední strany stehen. Nebyl ovšem dokázán vliv vestibulárního systému na paravertebrální svalstvo. V diskuzi byly shrnuty a popsány výsledky všech měření. Dále proběhl návrh využití v terapii a další možné směry pro zkoumání této... This diploma thesis is focused on the vestibular system and its influence on postural musculature. The theoretical section contains an overview of modern findings concerning the vestibular system and its impact on other parts of the organism. Besides anatomical and physiological findings, the theoretical section also contains a research section which includes studies on the vestibular system, posture, stretching and their mutual effects. The main focus of the practical section is to prove the influence of the vestibular system on musculature, mainly the extensors and flexors of the lower limbs. Affecting the vestibular system causes lengthening of the ischiocrural muscles and shortening of the hip flexors (musculus rectus femoris). In this study, we tested 39 probands and measured their results after rotational vestibular stimulation. The measurements were taken goniometrically in the hip and knee joints. Dynamic parameters of the spine were also measured, along with Thomayers distance in metric values. The results have been statistically and graphically evaluated. It was proven that the vestibular system has a large statistical impact on the ischiocrural muscles as well as the frontal thigh muscles.
