Bakalářská práce se věnuje zkoumání resilience u vysokoškolských studentů první generace. Cílem je postihnout faktory přispívající ke konstrukci resilience a strategií zvládání zátěže a stresu na základě analýzy studijních zkušeností. Teoretická část představuje situaci vysokoškolských studentů první generace v kontextu duševního zdraví. Pozornost je věnována resilienci, protektivním a rizikovým faktorům a specifickým činitelům, které u těchto studentů odolnost posilují či inhibují. Empirická část využívá komplexní metodologické postupy: individuální trajektorii studia, Krátkou škálu resilience a polostrukturované rozhovory. Výzkumný vzorek je složen z deseti studentů první generace (21-24 let) studujících prezenčně na humanitně orientovaných oborech ve 2. až 5. ročníku bakalářského programu. Ze získaných dat byly vytvořeny individuální medailonky resilience a dále byla provedena tematická analýza rozhovorů. Z výzkumu vyplývá význam blízkých vztahů a podporujícího vzdělávacího prostředí pro rozvoj vyšší odolnosti, zároveň pro utváření resilience u některých může být přínosem, překonání počáteční nepřízně, které vede k budování adaptability vůči zátěži. Vnitřní motivace ke studiu ne vždy vedla k hladkému průběhu studia, projevovaly se tendence k perfekcionismu a sebepodceňování. Strategie využívané... The Bachelor thesis is dedicated to exploring resilience in first-generation college students. The aim is to affect factors contributing to the design of resilience and stress management strategies based on analysis of study experience. The theoretical part represents the situation of first-generation university students in the context of mental health. Attention is paid to resilience, protective and risk factors, and specific factors that strengthen or inhibit resilience in these students. The empirical part uses complex methodologies: individual trajectory of study, The Brief Resilience Scale, and semi-structured interviews. The research sample is composed of ten first-generation students (21-24 years) studying full-time in humanities-oriented fields in the 2nd to 5th year of the bachelor's program. Individual medallions of resilience were created from the data collected and a thematic analysis of interviews was carried out. Research shows the importance of close relationships and a supportive learning environment for the development of higher resilience, at the same time for shaping resilience in some can be beneficial, overcoming the initial adversity that leads to building adaptability to burdens.
